TRAV Nische - box system for insulated façades, made of galvanised sheet steel with plaster base
The TRAV Nische is a channel system made of galvanised sheet steel with plaster base for integration into the thermally insulated façade. The front-mounted system TRAV Nische type 1 from HELLA makes it possible to integrate roller shutters, outdoor blinds, Venetian blinds and textile blinds in subsequently mounted insulation layers – for example in thermal insulation composite systems, briefly ETICS. TRAV Nische type 1 is fixed to the outer wall or to the wooden construction and mounted independently of the window. Due to its modular construction, an individual adjustment to the planned insulation thickness is possible. The shallow depth makes large openings in the brickwork redundant and nevertheless offers the benefits of an invisible box system. Variable box dimensions and a variety of equipment options guarantee flexible application possibilities.
Selectable insulation materials: Polyurethane rigid foam - with fleece lamination, phenolic resin foam, mineral wool, mineral wool flex - with fleece lamination on one side
Possible slat types: outdoor blinds AF 60 / AF 80 / AF80 Plus, external venetian blinds ARB 80 / AR63 / AR92
